Premier Full Day Dog sledding adventure (campfire lunch included)

There is no better way to spend a day in the Yukon than to ride the runners behind a strong team of Alaskan Huskies. Why settle for just a short time on the runners when you could mush the team out to a cozy campsite on a lake shore far away from the business of the world.  Your full day of mushing will be split into two runs, first we head towards a our lakeside heated wall tent where you can warm up and relax by the wood stove.  Your guide will serve you a delicious campfire lunch and  warm drink.  As dusk sets in the huskies will howl, this is their way of telling you its time to head for home! This is their favorite time to run!

Pick up time for this tour is 9:30am, tour start time is 10:30am.  Tour ends 4:30-5:00pm

Must be 11 and older for this tour, $395/per person, Shuttle $60/person

Ultimate Dog sledding half-day

Into the Wild we go! The Ultimate half day sled dog tour begins with gearing up, and a brief retrospect into the life of a Yukon Dog Musher. You will then be introduced to your team of huskies and will soon be on your way down the trail! At the halfway point of your tour, we will park the dogs and take in the massive vista of the Yukon Wilderness, this is a picturesque moment for you to savor! The huskies will let us know when it is time to race for home.

All dog sledding tours are “Learn to Mush – Self-drive”, this means that your own personal guide will be along for the ride with you in order to teach you how to command the dogs and how to control the sled. Tours begin at either 10:30am or 1:30pm. If using our shuttle service, you will be picked up 60min before your tour begins (9:30am or 12:30pm).

Elevation Group Adventure

The Elevation Group Adventure is perfect for larger groups of people who are content with a shorter time on the Sled Runners. The fire will be going with warm drinks and snacks provided. Every 20 minutes, groups of guided sleds will take 2 people per team for a fun mush through the twisty local trails, long enough to say You did It, and short enough so you don’t get too cold!! Your guides will offer guests a brief education about the role of Sled Dogs past to present in Canada and be available to answer any questions. And just maybe, there will be cute puppies to help keep you warm around the fire.
