What to Expect
Get ready for an Adventure you wont forget! The Adventure will last 70-90 min in total. In the beginning your guide will give you a brief talk about the world of Sled Dogs, followed by sled driving 101. The team will be hooked up (you can help if like) and then all the organized chaos of dogs barking and lunging to go will turn into silent poetry in motion. You will be riding the runners behind a team of super sled dog Athletes all working in harmony! At the half way stop you can warm up with a cup of hot chocolate around a crackling fire, this 15 minute intermission is a great time to ask your guide more questions and to get a selfie with your favorite Husky. Switch driving positions with your partner and Mush your way back home. To wrap things up, your team would love it if you gave them one of our provided meat snacks, this is the best way to say thank you to your team for a job well done!
What We Provide
- A warm blanket for whomever is riding as a passenger in the sled
- The Fire is always going at the staging area and the half way rest stop
- Hot chocolate at half way rest stop
- Snacks for the Huskies at end of the run
- Headlight if needed for Night Rider
- Hand warmers

The Night Rider is very similar to the Evergreen Expedition, but with the added element of DARKNESS! Real dog mushers must face the trail in the dark with just a headlight on to light the way. Running dogs in the dark is a real adrenaline rush and the musher is even more dependent on the lead dogs to know the way.

The Group Adventure is perfect if you wish to host a unique outdoor Christmas (or any kinda get together) for your company employees, large family or any other type of group you can imagine. We will run 2-3 dog teams on a condensed version of our other Adventure's, so that everyone can get a turn on the runners. We will have the fire going and complimentary hot chocolate. You can supply your own personal refreshments and food if you wish. There will be a table and some wooden stools to sit, feel free to bring chairs. Enjoy social time and fellowship around the fire with your friends as you wait for your turn to jump on the runners for a 4 mile run through the woods with the Elevation Huskies.
